That was an interesting interview of John Wesley Shipp. It's at around the 30 minute mark where he mentions Smallville. He's taken with the idea of Smallville's "representative costuming"; which is what everyone seems to be doing at this point; a hint of what's coming. It was suggested that maybe John could put in a guest appearence on Smallville as Justice Society's Jay Garrick; and that with enough input from the fans it just might happen. That would be nice to see. I'm all for it. I remember The Flash television show well. When I found out it was on DVD I bought the complete series. The production standards of The Flash were very high; it was a big budget program and even though they certainly didn't have the special effects capabilities of today, it stills stands up. John Wesley Shipp's work on The Flash was very professional and he played the role so very well that I'm really glad he got to do it over anyone else. It just wouldn't have been the same without him. What a sorry shame that like some other shows, The Flash was discontinued; but as you can see at the present time; stupid thinking and stupid decisions prevail.
