In addition, we recommend a high-speed Internet connection with sufficient bandwith (of at least 1000kbps or higher) for the smoothest playback experience.
Our videos stream at 300Kbps, 500Kbps or 700Kbps, and our video player will automatically adjust our stream based on your bandwith.
If you're not sure what your downstream bandwith is, you can test your connection for free! Simply search for "bandwith test" online to find many of the most popular bandwith test sites.

Due to a limitation on the Flash Player we use to stream our content, you will not be able to play a video in full screen mode on one monitor and work in the other screen at the same time.
Instead, we suggest you maximize the pop out player instead, which will give you nearly the same affect and allow you to work on the other monitor.
Don't worry, though, because we're still looking into possible solutions for this problem! We know how important it is to multi-task!
In some cases, Flash is not correctly installed and cannot be accurately detected. Please reinstall Flash by following these steps:
- Uninstall Flash following these steps.
- Restart your computer.
- Reinstall the latest version of Flash, following these steps.

- Right-click on the player and select "Settings."
- Click to the first tab in the settings window and uncheck the "Enable hardware acceleration" box.
