Opening Scene: What town?

I have spent way too much time trying to figure this out, so: Does ANYBODY know what town they show in the opening scene/credit "photo"??? It's not Washington (Depot), CT, the town that inspired the show. I know because I went there hoping for the "AhHa" moment. Gorgeous town, worth visiting, but not the one in the picture (there's only one church steeple in Washington - there are two in the picture). Help please.

They list the filming locations for most television shows and movies, I saw they had a listing for Toronto, Ontario, Canada which when the series fir started I thought that is where they filmed the pilot. Since a lot of the WB aka CW were filming a lot of their series Smallville, Supernatural, and some other film in Canada.

The town is South Royalton, Vermont. It's where Vermont Law School is located, and it's a gorgeous small town.
