So after the scandalous season finale of The Bachelor where that jerk Jason Mesnick left his TV fiancée for the second place girl, ABC has announced the new Bachelorette: Jillian Harris, a 29 year old Canadian who was the third runner up to capture Mesnick’s slimy heart.
“I am so excited,” Harris said during Tuesday night’s announcement during the second part of the After the Rose special. “It’s a very unorthodox way to find love. But we’re living in a world where people are doing things differently.”
Hey, Harris. I don’t think that validates your use of reality television to find a soul mate. But whatever floats your boat!
Does anyone else agree that ABC should have picked the dumped Melissa Rycroft instead?
