Stars and producers of Chuck (Mondays 8/7c NBC) visited Chicago for their first-ever appearance at C2E2, the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo, on Saturday, March 19.

Chuck co-creator/executive producer Chris Fedak lead a panel of fan favorite characters from Chuck featuring series stars Joshua Gomez (“Morgan Grimes”), Ryan McPartlin (“Captain Awesome”), Vik Sahay (“Lester Patel”) and Scott Krinsky (“Jeff Barnes”).

Stars and a producer of The Vampire Diaries (Thursdays 8/7c The CW) visited Chicago for their first-ever appearance at C2E2, the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo, on Saturday, March 19.

The Vampire Diaries executive producer Julie Plec joined series stars Candice Accola (“Caroline Forbes”) and Michael Trevino (“Tyler Lockwood”) for a discussion on all things Mystic Falls — including the supernatural transformation of Accola’s and Trevino’s characters in season two.

CHICAGO and BURBANK, Calif. (March 17, 2011) — For fans seeking autographs from the stars and producers of The Vampire Diaries (Thursdays 8/7c The CW) and Chuck (Mondays 8/7c NBC) at this weekend’s C2E2 2011, the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo, please see below for important information regarding the ticketed signings. Free tickets for signings will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis on Saturday, March 19.

Here are the details. Note: All times listed below are Central Time.

THE VAMPIRE DIARIES SIGNING

• The Vampire Diaries stars Michael Trevino (“Tyler Lockwood”) and Candice Accola (“Caroline Forbes”) and executive producer Julie Plec are scheduled to sign Saturday, March 19, from 3:00–3:45pm in Room 178A.

• Important note about ticketed signing: Tickets for The Vampire Diaries autograph signing are free, and will be distributed to the first 100 fans beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 19 at Room 178A.

CHUCK CAST SIGNING

• Fan favorites from the cast of Chuck will be signing Saturday from 8:15 p.m.–9:15pm in Room 178A. Chuck co-creator/executive producer Chris Fedak and series stars Joshua Gomez (“Morgan Grimes”), Ryan McPartlin (“Captain Awesome”), Vik Sahay (“Lester Patel”) and Scott Krinsky (“Jeff Barnes”) are scheduled to appear.

Adrianne Palicki (“Friday Night Lights,” “Red Dawn”) will star in the title role of “Wonder Woman,” a new series pilot from David E. Kelley (“Boston Legal,” “Ally McBeal,” NBC’s “Harry’s Law”).

The series pilot is a reinvention of the iconic DC Comics title in which Wonder Woman – a/k/a Diana Prince – is a vigilante crime fighter in Los Angeles but also a successful corporate executive and a modern woman trying to balance all of the elements of her extraordinary life. Kelley and Bill D’Elia (“Boston Legal,” “The Practice”) are the executive producers. The pilot was written by Kelley and will be directed by Jeffrey Reiner (NBC’s “The Event”).  “Wonder Woman” is from David E Kelley Productions and Warner Bros. Television.

Palicki, who appeared as Tyra Collete in NBC’s acclaimed “Friday Night Lights,” will star in the upcoming feature-film remake of “Red Dawn.”  She also starred in the horror film “Breaking the Girl” and in the recent series “Lone Star.”
